| All Stihl trimmers, except 3 models - the FS36, FS40, and FS72 - will use one of the nuts provided in the kit, but the three
trimmers mentioned have a 12mm diameter threaded shaft that is larger than the hole in the Grass Gator. We fit these older trimmers, but you will have to enlarge the hole in the Grass Gator head
enough to fit the shaft. This can be done easily and safely with a 1/2 inch drill bit, and you will have to call 800-210-9949 or email us here and
we will send the nut that your trimmer requires at no charge to you.

The Grass Gator we are sorry to say, does, not fit the Stihl FS55, or FS80
